Permit applications in Lee County, the City of Fort Myers and Cape Coral are now largely submitted online: Lee County Community Development takes applications through its eConnect portal, Cape Coral Permitting Services through its self-service portal, and the City of Fort Myers through its own system. Check the office you are filing with for what it needs; requirements differ and change, and printing a set does not make a submittal acceptable.

Resubmittals and revised sheets
Plan review comes back with comments and two sheets change. Send the revised sheets, tell us which sheet numbers they replace, and we print just those. Swapping two sheets costs a fraction of reprinting the set, and revised sheets in by noon on a business day are normally ready the same day.
If the revision is substantial enough that the whole set should be reprinted, say so up front. We will quote both so you can see the difference before deciding.
